Web-Based OJT Repository System with Data Analytics

The main objective of this study is to develop a web-based OJT Repository System with integrated data analytics, aimed at improving the management of OJT documents and the monitoring of practicum activities for Information Technology (IT) and Information Systems (IS) students at the Philippine State College of Aeronautics. The system will include a secure login feature for students, advisers, and coordinators, allowing each user to access specific functions based on their role. Students will be able to upload their OJT documents according to the different phases of their training. Advisers can review these submissions, provide feedback, or approve them as needed. Coordinators will have the tools to efficiently monitor and manage the entire OJT process. Additionally, the system will feature data analytics to visualize student performance and provide meaningful insights into the practicum program. To ensure the system is reliable, effective, and easy to use, usability testing will be conducted during development.
